Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Company for Hardware (SACO) said the board approved the resignation of Samoual Baksh, non-executive member, to be effective as of 22 November.
The board also gave the go-ahead for appointing Talal Baksh as a non-executive board member, replacing Samoual who resigned for personal reasons.
The appointment is subject to the approval of the upcoming general meeting.
